IMPORTANT RISK NOTICE

Risk Disclaimer

CAtalysIs Radar is an educational market-intelligence and screening product. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager or fiduciary.

No signal is guaranteed. A star rating, score, Long or Short label, pattern, market check or generated explanation can be wrong and can fail after publication.

Educational information only

Content is general and impersonal. It does not consider your finances, objectives, experience, tax position or risk tolerance. It is not personalized investment, legal or tax advice and is not an instruction to buy, sell, hold, borrow or use leverage.

Crypto, short-selling and leverage risk

Digital assets are highly volatile and can lose all value. Short positions can move against you rapidly. Leverage magnifies gains and losses, may trigger liquidation, and losses may exceed initial collateral. Liquidity can disappear, spreads can widen and an exchange or protocol may fail.

Only risk capital you can afford to lose. You are responsible for position size, leverage, execution, custody, protective exits and every decision.

Data and model limitations

Market data, news, charts, price levels and research inputs may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, misclassified or inaccurate. Historical patterns do not predict future results. A high score or several confirmations improves context only; it never removes risk. Scores are not probabilities of profit.

Decision Journal limitations

The Journal records what the product showed at publication time and later observed price ranges. It is not an audited trading account, does not know any user’s entry, fees, slippage, position size or execution, and must not be read as realized performance. Corrections and status changes are appended after the original record.

No offer or performance promise

Nothing in CAtalysIs is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, profit promise or guarantee of accuracy. References to opportunities describe detected conditions, not expected returns. Conduct independent research and, where appropriate, consult a licensed professional.

Availability and local law

Crypto, derivatives and short-selling may be restricted where you live. You are responsible for checking local rules and using properly authorized providers.
