Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to the CAtalysIs Radar website and app. By using the service or accepting the in-app Risk Agreement, you agree to these Terms and the Risk Disclaimer.
1. Eligibility and responsible use
You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these Terms. You may not evade access controls, scrape protected data, share protected or private access, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer private product logic, or present our output as guaranteed advice.
2. Nature of the service
CAtalysIs provides general educational market screening, current context and research history. It does not execute trades, hold assets, know your circumstances or provide personalized financial advice. Long, Short, Wait, stars, rankings and warnings are analytical labels—not promises or orders.
3. Open Beta access
During the current validation phase, the public decision workflow is available without a paid subscription. This includes the Opportunity Radar, decision context, smaller-coin discovery, Do Not Chase warnings, the 30-day Catalyst Calendar and visible Decision Journal history.
No payment method is collected for Open Beta access. Commercial plans, store subscriptions or feature limits may be introduced later only with clear notice before any charge or renewal begins.
4. Honest records and availability
The Decision Journal preserves what was published at the time. Factual corrections and lifecycle changes are shown as later audit entries; they do not erase the original record. Live data can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. A current empty result may mean no opportunity passed the quality threshold.
5. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. Data providers, calculations, connections and alerts can fail or become stale.
6. Your decisions and risk
You remain responsible for research, suitability, position sizing, leverage, execution, taxes, custody and losses. Crypto, derivatives and short-selling involve substantial risk. Review the Risk Disclaimer before relying on any market information.
7. Intellectual property
The brand, interface, rankings, educational presentation, software and private product logic are protected. You may not copy protected data, source code, internal decision logic or restricted output to build a competing service.
8. Third parties, suspension and changes
Charts, market data, payment services and links may be supplied by third parties under their own terms. Access may be limited to protect users, security, legal compliance or service integrity. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAtalysIs and its publisher are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, lost data or indirect, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
