Privacy Policy
This Policy explains what CAtalysIs Radar collects, why it is needed, and the choices available to you. We aim to collect the minimum information needed to operate, protect and improve the service.
1. Information on your device
The app stores your language, text-size preference, watchlist, onboarding state, risk-agreement acceptance, a random device identifier, account session token and last-viewed market snapshot in local storage. This remembers your experience and supports security, rate limiting and continuity between visits. Clearing browser or app data removes this local information.
2. Optional account information
Open Beta does not require a paid subscription. If you choose to sign in for owner, team or alert-management features, we may collect your email address, access role and alert preferences. Protected device and network identifiers may be used for security and rate limiting. The app shows only a masked email in its interface.
3. Product usage information
We record a limited set of product events, such as opening Radar or the Decision Journal, adding a watchlist item, changing preferences and enabling alerts. Records include the app route, access mode, broad screen size and time. They are used to improve onboarding, usefulness and reliability. We do not include wallet addresses, exchange credentials, private keys or the contents of your trades.
4. Hosting and security logs
Our hosting provider may process standard logs such as IP address, request time, page, browser type, errors and security events. We use them for delivery, rate limiting, abuse prevention, debugging and legal compliance.
5. Market information and external content
Market information, charts and research records are not your personal data. You do not need to provide an exchange password, seed phrase or private key. Never send those credentials to us. External charts and linked sites may receive standard request information and operate under their own policies.
6. Service providers and possible future payments
No payment method is collected for current Open Beta access. If store billing is introduced later, the store provider will process payment information and may provide purchase status and transaction references needed to grant access. Hosting, email, security, analytics and notification providers may process limited information for us under appropriate obligations. We do not sell personal information.
7. Retention and security
Account, agreement, security and audit records are kept only as long as needed for service delivery, fraud prevention, legal duties and dispute handling. Decision Journal records preserve publication-time research integrity and do not contain your personal trading activity. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service is completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
You can change alert preferences in the app and clear local preferences through browser or device controls. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. To request account deletion or exercise a privacy right, email support@catalysisradar.online. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited records where law or security requires it.
9. Children and international use
The service is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly seek information from children. Providers may process information in another country, subject to applicable safeguards.
10. Updates
Material changes will update the effective date and, where appropriate, require renewed notice or consent.
